Dollywink Otona Series Prelaunch Meet [Sparkling CottonCandy]

I know this series has been out for a real long time in Japan but it is finally coming in to Singapore!!

This is the new series of Dollywink products~ and the Sparkling CottonCandy members are the first in Singapore to try it out under Mandom~~
well of course, we are not the first to try it out in sg because some might have gotten it long ago in japan... I am just saying under Mandom okay.

If you do not know, Mandom corp is the one of the companies that brings in Japan-based makeup, namely Koji,Fairydrops, KissMe and Bifesta are some of their main brands. Mandom also produces your widely used Gatsby and Lucidol.L

So Yunwen contacted me last midweek and invited a few of the Sparklies down on Sat for a little meet~
I am sorry to all the people whom expressed their interest but arent invited, because Yunwen told me to reduce the number and priority goes to the first-tier of members. There will be more events, no doubts, and we will try to bring more with us each time or allow everyone to have a chance.

The one in Pink Tube is clear and the one in black tube is in black formula.
This new glue is stronger than the existing light pink tube~ I did not try it out, but I heard that it is stronger as promised.

DollyWink Eyebrow Pencil $16.90

I would say that this brow pencils are for filling in the ends of the brows only. The lead is very hard, and the colour only comes out better when drawn on a harder surface than your flesh [in head's case, the brow ends area]

tried it out on my hand, the colour is nice but like i say, it doesnt come out well on soft flesh ^A^ll resulted in slight scratching


Personal favourite would be Honey Brown~

The brow powder is pretty good for filling in the brows and it gives a rather soft touch to your brows unlike the harsh brow pencil. Pearly was raving on the spot about how good it was and admittedly I liked it too~

Dollywink Brow Mascara $21.90

This was the product I was most interested in trying out for the whole entire collection. So far, I've always been using Kate's brow mascara. Here are a few things that I've noticed after using both brands.

- Dollywink's colour is less harsh than Kate's.
- DW's does not finish off as shiny as Kate's
- Best of all? DW's doesnt have a weird smell as Kate's

Almost instantly, this little baby has travelled up as my fav in one shot even though I've been using Kate for quite a while now~

Anyway, I am thinking of removing the tagboard very soon since i've already enable comments to be made. On top of that, I dont get much comments either, so i've pretty much decided that the tagboard is useless.
